I found the location very convenient near transport links. Staff were helpful with luggage storage. I enjoyed the breakfast selection. It was a good start to my day. The room I had was nice and neat, it had everything I needed.
The bathroom was quite small! though functional.

The double room included fresh towels. The bed had soft pillows. I appreciated the quiet environment for a restful sleep, and the room temperature was easy to adjust using the thermostat.

The reception staff provided quick assistance with directions, and they were very polite. Check-in was efficient, and the staff offered helpful information about local attractions, they gave me maps, too. I appreciated their friendly attitude.

the room was spacious. it was a quadruple room. the location was near the central station, and the wifi worked very well.
the staff could have been friendlier. the room felt dated compared to the pictures. i noticed insufficient lighting. the trashcan had rust.
